Zack Snyder confirmed that he was taking a break from Rebel Moon to work on other projects.
The science fiction film in the Star Wars Moon wars was released on Netflix in December 2023 among a lot of noise. He is embedded in a galaxy ruled by the imperialist world of a mother, whose army, the Empire, threatens the village on the Veldt moon. As the titles suggest, the rebel team is fighting.
While Netflix had high hopes for Rebel Moon, the critics sent the film. Review Rebel Moon Ign returned 4/10. We said: “Space opera Zack Snyder is disappointed by a patchwork script, mediocre sequences of action and superficial history.”
Sequel Rebel Moon – part two: Scargiver took place in April 2024 and met with similar reception. Rebel Ign – part two: Scargiver Review was another 4/10. “The second part of the Rebel Opera Zack Snyder, Scargiver, presents a half -baked conclusion to a well -made story with thin character research and flawless action.” Directors’ cuts about R Rarbel Moon 1 and 2 took place in 2024 and met with a more positive reception.
“I was broken up – it’s not aside, that’s all they say – I’m working for the LAPD SWAT movie for Netflix,” said Snyder Diversity In a recent interview. “So I thought, ok, well, I just let him rebel the moon’s world for a minute and I’m going to do it.”
Man of Steel Writer and Director, which is perhaps best known of his work on the re -launted DC Universe, also emphasized the complicated nature of work on two projects at the same time.
“To be honest, it was a very exhausting, long trial took two films together. So it was nice to have some breaks from him,” he explained. “I love it like crazy, but it’s nice to have a bit of break. So yes, we’ll see how I finish it when I come back, where we’re with everything.”
When it comes to more stories or even more film adaptations, especially planned in the universe Rebel Moon, Snyder was mostly tightened with any confirmations. “There is a lot of stories. So I think it’s literally unlimited,” he said. “But again, as I say, I’m waiting to see how we want and how we will go forward if at all.”
But it’s a glowing Snyder does I feel that Moon’s Rebel capabilities are unlimited – because we now have a spinoff video game in the universe that will be in line with the series called Blood Line.
