Electronic Arts has Steam Sale Now which offers some seriously gigantic discounts on games you might be interested in. First and foremost, Dragon Age games, which are on sale for 90% off — a total of $10 off Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, and Dragon Age Inquisition. Why might you want to play them? Probably because you’re interested in the little information about Dragon Age: Veilguard before its premiere this fall.
If that’s not enough to keep you occupied with some of the most popular RPGs ever made, there’s certainly more to come: 2021’s Mass Effect: Legendary Edition is also on sale. It’s the entire Mass Effect trilogy of games and a huge pile of DLC in one package, with one launcher, for $9. If you buy that and Dragon Age, you probably won’t be done playing Bioware’s RPG until Dragon Age: The Veilguard is aged enough to go on sale.
However, if you prefer state-of-the-art action RPGs, you can pick up Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for $10, and last year’s sequel, Jedi Survivor, for 55% off, or about $32.
For those of you in the Sims 4 realm, I’m also seeing a spectrum of 25-50% off expansions, game packs, and stuff packs across the giant’s many, many releases. There are also plenty of discounts and good times in the shooter realm: If you didn’t get to play Battlefield 2042, well, it might be worth the $9 price tag just for the spectacle.
You can find EA August Sale on Steam.
