Where to unlock FFXIV Echoes of Vana’diel alliance raids

Final Fantasy 14: Trail of DawnAlliance raids are linked to Other MMORPG, Ultimate Fantasy 11. First of three Echoes of Vana’diel allied air raids, Jeuno: First walkintroduced with Patch 7.1, giving players a recent week to complete to earn loot.

Where to unlock Echoes of Vana’diel and Jeuno: The First Walk

Before you can unlock an alliance raid, you must have at least You have completed the main scenario mission “The Holy Path” (last bit of MSQ 7.0), have a level 100 combat questand have Item level at least 695. This is pretty standard and you should be here once you’ve completed it Trail of Dawn expansion.

To start the Echoes of Vana’diel questline, you must speak to the NPC “Hoobigo’s messenger” IN Tuliyollal to start the “Unearthly Encounter” quest.

After following a few NPCs and watching a cutscene or two, you’ll unlock “Jeuno: The First Voyage” during the same mission as above.

Note that there are several plot quests to complete after the raid – which you should do, as they will likely be a prerequisite for the second raid that will begin later.

Spoils and rewards from Echoes of Vana’diel alliance raids

Please note that until Update 7.2 (or thereabouts based on previous expansions), Jeuno: The First Fight will have drop restrictions, only allowing you to pick up one piece of equipment per week, coinciding with the weekly reset. If you roll green on any gear in the chest and win, you won’t be able to get another piece of gear until you reset, so roll carefully!

Armor sets, the so-called Ark Angel armor, look like this (we’ve labeled each set so you can tell what you’re looking at):

You can also get jagged notes from chests that you can trade to a specific goblin NPC in Lower Jeuno for rolls on the Echoes of Vana’diel orchestration, a Nano Lord minion, and a Triple Triad Nano Lord card if you’re lucky with your rolls. These drops have no limits.

You will also receive once a week Ordelle coin since completing Aglaia. You can exchange them for Surgelight string AND Surgelight Glaze to upgrade your Quetzalli grave goods. Coin trading to Uah’shepya IN Solution nine: :

You can exchange the string and glaze at Hhihwi, another NPC vendor who is next to the vendor above.

The Echoes of Vana’diel Alliance Raid Series will consist of two consecutive raids – one that will begin with Patch 7.3 and the other that will begin with Patch 7.5, provided the game continues to operate on previous expansion schedules.
