The house also contains uncommon Nuka-Cola spawns and other valuable junk, making this place worth a visit if you need to complete multiple seasonal challenges at once.
Putnam Mansion
Found in Lewis and Sons Agricultural Supplies POI, this barn is quick and basic to drop into and quickly loot for board games and other junk. There’s also a handy crafting table inside, so you can scrap your gear and keep your backpack lightweight.
Grafton Pawnshop
It is located in the city GraftonThe Pawn Shop is an instanced building with an assortment of gadgets. While there aren’t as many items as in other places in this guide, there are three board games, which are enough to fulfill the Seasonal Challenge requirements. There’s also Tinker’s Workbench, which lets you scrap all the items you collect in the shop.
