Amethyst in Disney’s Valley of Dreamlight can be found in two different places in the original valley:
- Frosty Hills
- Forgotten Realms
Fortunately, you won’t need any DLC to get this material. Go to Frosty hills or forgotten lands and operate your pickaxe to hit the rocks in the area. Also bring along a friend with mining skills to earn extra rewards for hitting each rock. You will also augment your friendship level.

You can create iron ingots on the crafting table by mixing iron ore and coal ore. You will get these materials from mining rocks (and the number of resources increases when you meet up with a friend who has a mining specialization). Glass can be made by crafting sand and coal ore. Dig the sand of Dazzle Beach with a shovel to obtain the resource.
