Fortnite‘S Chapter 5 Season 4 is called “Absolute destruction”, and as you might expect, the island has seen a lot of Doctor Doom-themed changes.
We still see some of the interesting locations from Greek mythology that we saw earlier in the chapter, and the southwest part of the map still features the Mad Max-style wasteland from Chapter 5 Season 3. The northern half of the map has gained quite a few new Doctor Doom points of interest, and the map will feature bosses and NPCs from the Battle Pass, such as Emma Frost.

Fortnite Map Changes in Chapter 5 Season 4 Update
As mentioned above, the northern part of this map has seen the most changes, all centered around Doctor Doom. There are four new points of interest: Doomstadt, Courtyard of the Holocaust, Castle DoomAND Raft.

Some of the weapons on the list above will only drop after killing their respective bosses. For example, you’ll get the mythic Emma Frost’s Striker Burst AR for taking out Emma Frost. Some bosses also seem to drop medallions, just like last season.
What was removed from Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4?
In addition to the above, special weapons dropped by bosses (like Megalo Don’s Nitro Fists) have been retired, as they are no longer bosses. These versions of the boss medallions have also been retired, though as mentioned above, there are new versions of the boss medallions that now fit the season’s theme.
