- Digital Extremes has revealed the release date of its latest and perhaps biggest update yet
- What’s more, they also launched a closed beta to celebrate the Android launch!
- It is not known whether the fresh update will be playable, but you can sign up for the closed beta now
With the upcoming release of The Old Peace in Warframe, fans will be excited to know that this long-awaited update will arrive on December 10. If you’re an Android fan, you might shrug your shoulders, but don’t dismiss it just yet. Because soon you will be able to participate in the official closed beta of Warframe on Android!
While there’s no word on whether The Old Room will also be playable when the beta launches, there’s plenty of content to dig into in Warframe. So be sure to go and sign up for the Warframe beta for a chance to get this game on Android for the first time!
If you didn’t know yet, Old Peace offers a look back at the history of the Warframe universe. I won’t pretend to be as learned as some fans, but judging by the seriousness with which it was announced, Perita Rebellion’s fresh mode that delve into the past is sure to be invigorating.

Digital Extremes would certainly be missing a trick in not giving fans a chance to try out the fresh content coming with this update. Warframe has already made a huge mark on iOS, and its release on Android will surely attract many more fans.
Warframe has been a constant presence in gaming for over a decade, so if you want to see why its devoted fans stick around, you’ll finally be able to experience it for yourself.
As we approach the weekend, I will once again highlight the 12th annual Pocket Gamer Awards. Last year, Warframe debuted on mobile devices and was a finalist for Mobile Game of the Year, so be sure to log in and vote for this year’s contestants!
