IN WarframesThe Drifter is the equivalent of the Operator, and while the Drifter can be used wherever your Operator can, the Drifter has a ton of additional features in Duviri. Like the Operator Focus Schools, the Drifter has its own upgrade system for Duviri, the Drifter.
Read on to find out what Drifter’s Intuitions actually are, how to unlock them, and which ones are the most critical.
What are the Drifter traits in Warframe?
Drifter’s Intuition is the Drifter’s skill points. You can spend your Drifter’s Intuition on four different upgrade categories to make your Drifter more powerful in Duviri: Fight, Riding, PossibilityAND Resilience. Although some upgrades will work outside of Duviri.
Broadly speaking, the four categories of improvements do the following:
- Combat: Drifter combat improvements
- Riding: Improvements to riding Kaithe
- Bargain: More weapon and Warframe options in the Perimeter
- Endurance: Increases the survivability of Drifters and Warframes in the Perimeter
The huge majority of Inherences will only work in Duviri, and many Inherences will only apply to Duviri open world content, not the Circuit. However, this is not a challenging and swift rule.
How to unlock Drifter’s Intuition in Warframe
Unlike Railjack Intuitions, which are more like XP, Wanderer’s Intuition is acquired through decrees and by performing various activities in Duviriboth in Circuit and in the open world.
When you complete a side objective in the open world of Duviri, complete a wave in the Circuit, or complete one of the main objectives in the open world of Duviri, you will be rewarded with three Inherences each time. When you complete Dungeons in the open world of Duviri, you will earn six Inherences.
Finding the Piece of the Lost Isles of Duviri will net you five Inherences, and defeating Duviri’s final open world boss, Orowyrm, will net you 15 Inherences on normal and 22 Inherences on the Steel Path. Simply killing enemies or playing content outside of Duviri does not grant Inherence.
You need 255 Inherence to max out a category, so with four categories you will need a total of 1020 Inherence to fully upgrade Drifter, Kaithe and your cages on the track.
What are the best Drifter features in Warframe?
Usually, the most useful category is Bargain. On the other hand, the least useful category is Horse Riding. However, all categories are worth leveling up if you play Duviri.
Opportunity is focused on providing more choice on the trackand with better weapons and Warframes, you can last longer in the Perimeter and unlock Incarnon’s weapons faster. Horseback riding makes it easier to traverse Duviri’s open world, but you can also earn decrees that do the same.
There are also Inherences that have uses beyond Duviri that are definitely worth getting:
- Combat Rank 9 Muscle Mass: Drifter and Operator deal 25% more damage
- Toughness, Rank 9, Tough as Old Boots: Regenerate +5 Health/sec as Rogue and Operator
Rank 9 in Riding will unlock Kaithe for utilize in other open worlds, but Archwing is simply much faster. Stamina and combat can certainly be a massive facilitate when playing The Lone Story, where you don’t get many decrees, but otherwise decrees can leave you incapacitated.
How to quickly farm Drifter’s Intuition in Warframe
As discussed above, you can earn Drifter Inherences by playing any of Duviri’s three modes, but not all three modes are created equal when it comes to farming Drifter Incarnations.
The track is the worst place to learn Inherence. Not only are Inherences earned faster in The Lonely Story and Duviri’s Adventure, but Track is unreliable. Most co-op partners give up after just a few waves, and you’ll still need to be lucky with your loadout to get far.
Lonely Story is decent for breeding Inherencebecause with a competent team you can do it quite quickly and earn around 50 Inherence per run, but it’s not the best. If your teammates aren’t giving their all, The Lone Story may take some time to complete and you won’t earn much.
This all adds up to the cause Duviri’s experience is the absolute best place to breed Inherence. Yes, games can last over an hour, but you can get 100 Inherence in one game. All you need to do is complete as many side objectives as possible before finally completing the main stages.
