The weapon comes equipped with Ash of War: Rancor Slash. This Ash of War makes you spin, dealing damage to enemies in front of you, and also launches vengeful spirits that will follow nearby enemies for additional damage. A second input will allow you to follow up the spin attack with another attack that will send even more spirits.
The Spirit Glaive can be upgraded to +10 with Dark Smithing Stones.

Where to find the Spirit Glaive
Spirit Glaive can be found in the Charo’s Hidden Grave region. To begin your search, speedy travel to Charo’s Hidden Grave Site of Grace.
From Site of Grace, go through the nearby archway, then take an immediate right. Following this path, you’ll eventually pass multiple Gravebird statues on either side.
Continue straight, past all the statues, until you reach a dead end with an item on the ground, next to a pile of graves.
Loot an item here to get the Spirit Glaive, then equip it to defeat the rest of the baddies in Charo’s Hidden Grave. After all, there’s still a lot to see here!
