Transformers Crossover in Overwatch 2 Will Give Us Optimus Prime-Hardt and Mega-Ramattra

Autobots and Decepticons are coming Warnings 2thanks to the modern Transformers crossover, which will be released on July 9. Blizzard Entertainment announced the collaboration back in June, with the premiere of Season 11 Warnings 2and the modern crossover trailer, released on Monday, confirms who’ll be who.

Bastion, the Overwatch hero who can best be described as Triple changewill take on the role of Bumblebee. Illari will receive the Arcee skin, and the Reinhardt and Ramattra tanks will be able to disguise themselves as Optimus Prime and Megatron. Based on the Blizzard and Hasbro teaser animation and a recently published comic book about the historyIt seems that this is where the cooperation ends.

The four skins are roughly on par with previous Overwatch crossovers that brought Cowboy Bebop, One Punch Man, K-pop group Le Sserafim, and the Porsche and Lego brands to Blizzard’s team-based hero shooter. Blizzard didn’t reveal how many Warnings 2Transformers skins will cost money, or players will be able to receive one for free through gameplay.

As with others Warnings 2 cooperation, Blizzard has explained that Overwatch heroes are simply dressing up as characters from other universes; players won’t literally be taking on the roles of Arcee, Bumblebee, Megatron, and Optimus Prime.

Warnings 2 is free to play on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
