Hello again PlayStation players.
We just finished the first Flat2VR Studios event dedicated to our upcoming PlayStation VR2 games. During the event, we highlighted some of your favorite developers, shared behind-the-scenes stories, and, most importantly, announced what’s next for our studio.
And the coming month will be completely filled with content. Two brand novel PlayStation VR2 titles have been revealed, four will launch in November (starting with one you can play today), and one of the most anticipated virtual reality shooters finally has a release date.
So let’s start with the first large drop. VRacer Hoverbike is available today on PS VR2, so you can climb aboard a futuristic hovercraft and hit the track.
Hoverbike VRacer – available today
Start your engines PS VR2 players, VRacer Hoverbike is here. A native arcade racing game built for VR, capturing the pure sensation of speed in your headset. Each turn is controlled by tilting your body, matching the movement of the bike on the screen, making the momentum intuitive and physical, without motion sickness.
With 30 songs, multiple game modes and cross-platform online play, there’s plenty to master. And with PS VR2 features like HDR graphics, adaptive triggers and headset rumble, every race is sharper, smoother and more immersive than ever. After years of refinement since its initial debut, VRacer Hoverbike has finally found its perfect track on PlayStation.
Audio tour – on November 11
Introduced today for the first time on PS VR2, Audio Trip turns your play space into your own dance floor. Each move is hand-choreographed by a professional choreographer, so when you catch jewels, glide through ribbons, or smash drums, it all works perfectly with the music. Nothing is random or automatically generated. You feel like you’re dancing to the song.
With over 120 levels across 32 tracks, plus playlists, cardio programs and achievements to earn, there’s always a novel way to play. And if that’s not enough, a built-in choreography editor allows the community to create and share routines, keeping your library fresh with fan-made content.
On PS VR2, the game uses HDR, headphone rumble, and eye-based rendering to ensure keen visuals and immersive rhythm. Whether you’re here to exercise, dance in a flow state, or just practice your “Gangnam Style” moves, Audio Trip delivers the most innovative rhythm gameplay yet.
Roboquest VR – premiere on November 20
One of the biggest VR shooters of this year has finally been released. Roboquest VR arrives on PS VR2 on November 20, bringing the full power of fast-paced roguelite action to the headset. Take on the role of a Guardian and fight your way through swarms of hostile machines in a scorched future world built for chaos and experimentation.
With over 70 weapons to discover, each run is a novel chance to unleash something wild. Two-handed pistols for skillful assassinations, charging up rocket bursts, or jumping into melee combat with quick attacks. The levels change every time you play, keeping the challenge fresh and the action relentless.
Roboquest has been fully rebuilt for VR, with manual reloading, interactive weapon handling, and future co-op support. On PS VR2, you’ll feel every shot and hit with adaptive triggers, enhanced controller touch, headphone reverb, HDR graphics, and eye-tracked audio rendering. This is the Roboquest experience gamers have been waiting for and it’s almost here.
Shadowgate VR: Mythroka Mines
Shadowgate has a long history on PlayStation, appearing across generations as one of the most iconic first-person adventure games. Now the series is entering a novel era with its debut on PS VR2.
Shadowgate VR: The Mines of Mythrok takes players deep into the lost kingdom of the dwarves, armed with wand and shield to master elemental magic, solve age-old puzzles, and face powerful guardians. Guided by Odin, your sharp-tongued raven companion, you’ll navigate breakneck minecarts, outsmart deadly traps, and uncover secrets hidden deep beneath the stone.
On PS VR2, the adventure takes on a novel level of immersion with eye-tracked spell casting, adaptive triggers, Sense controller touch, headphone reverb, and 120Hz performance without reprojection. It’s a classic dungeon crawling game reimagined for virtual reality, and it launches on November 25.
Furious
Today’s program also brought a completely novel version of PS VR2: Rager. This is a far cry from your typical rhythm game. Instead of chasing notes, you’ll battle robots in low, intense duels, face cinematic boss fights, and fight your way up online leaderboards. Each battle is designed to be repeated rapid and furious.
The game features twelve hand-crafted stages and three massive bosses, all powered by an incredible original soundtrack that combines darksynth, metalstep, war drums, drums and bass, and more. On PS VR2, the action will be even stronger with headphone audio and touch feedback that sells every shot. Rager is designed to get your blood pumping, and it’s coming to PlayStation next year.
