Path of Exile 2 is now available and is taking the world by storm, becoming especially popular on Steam, where the number of players is constantly growing. However, now that the game has been available for a few days, players looking to finish the game are looking for a way to pick some good loot from the trash. Enter NeverSink, the developer and occasional Path of Exile streamer who created the solution.
This solution is the loot filter they posted on social media AND Reddit. This filter does a lot of compelling things, but primarily serves to highlight significant items that drop while playing Path of Exile 2. While early-game currencies and infrequent items tend to catch the eye without assist, there are many more significant events that you definitely don’t want to miss out.

There are even unique colors for special progression items like runes and other key items like fragments and tablets. Rings, belts and amulets are also highlighted, which will be useful for those looking for smaller pieces of equipment that can have a huge impact on your character’s power. It’s worth noting that this isn’t available on consoles unfortunately, but for PC gamers looking to hop on Github, it’s a nice addition.
NeverSink may be a name PoE players will recognize when developing Filterblade. This is a site dedicated to PoE simulation and the popular PoE1 loot filter. So it’s nice that they’ve returned to offer assist to both returning PoE players and recent fledgling PoE2 players.
