The Lotus Eaters quest in Warframe will start in two weeks with Sevagoth Prime

Developer Digital Extremes has announced that Lotus Eaters prologue task for Warframe: 1999 and Sevagoth Prime Access will be launched in Warframe ON August 21, 2024The novel quest is a milestone between everything players already know and what is yet to come.

Lotus Eaters is a prologue quest that presents the story of what players will see Warframe: 1999The quest was revealed at TennoCon 2024 and will see players meet up with a character they haven’t interacted with in a while: Lotus. In this tiny quest, you set out to investigate a strange but familiar sound in the Sanctum Anatomica on Deimos. Somehow, it all leads back to Albrecht Entrati, but it’s up to you to discover the connections.

Warframe: 1999 is a stylish upcoming addition to Warframe which will be released in winter 2024. Until then, Lotus Eaters will support players prepare for the expansion, and another unannounced update will also give you something novel to do before you head back in time.

In addition to the novel story content, Sevagoth Prime will also be arriving on August 21, 2024. You’ll be able to earn this fancy novel Warframe via Prime Access or by grinding Relics to obtain the Blueprints required to craft it in your Foundry. It’s demanding to tell whether the community is more excited about Sevagoth Prime or the novel story quest, as it really does feel like Warframe fans are spoiled.

Those players who were eliminated Destiny 2 recently, after layoffs at Bungie and moved to Warframe have a lot of work ahead of them if they want to access this novel quest. While you can take on Sevagoth Prime no matter how far into the game’s story you are, you’ll need to complete Whispers in the Wall a task before starting the game Lotus Eaters.

While many MMOs offer players the opportunity to experience the latest content from day one without having to complete all previous expansions or quests, I believe Warframe players benefit from having to play through some of the last 11 years of content before tackling the newest quests.

The story won’t hit half as demanding without the context of everything that came before. So if you’re novel to Warframe, get ready to play as much as you can over the next few weeks so you can potentially enjoy this novel quest with the rest of the community. Don’t worry if you can’t, because Warframe Gamers are very good at avoiding spoilers.
