Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, coming to PS5 in just a few weeks, has revealed its roadmap for the rest of 2025 – and it looks like Henry will be very busy indeed.
For starters, a “selection” of free updates will be released throughout the spring, adding various gameplay additions such as the ability to customize Henry’s appearance and a “Hardcore Mode” that provides an even greater challenge than the already convoluted base game. The press release also mentioned “horse racing”.
After that, players can look forward to three separate (and paid) expansions coming in Summer, Fall/Fall, and Winter. Here are the official descriptions:
- Summer: : He comes close to Death – Embark on an thrilling journey as Henry helps an enigmatic artist with a murky past. Travel across the lands of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, facing risky encounters and uncovering a web of risky plans.
- Autumn: : Forge Legacy – Delve into Henry’s roots by exploring the legacy of Martin, his adoptive father. Work to restore a once notable forge and prove your skills in the art of blacksmithing while uncovering forgotten tales from the past.
- Winter: : Mysteries of the Church – Enter the Sedlec Monastery, where intrigue runs deep. Henry is given a secret mission and must navigate a convoluted region, uncovering hidden truths and navigating a maze of conflicting interests.
The press release noted that all of these items will be released with free updates throughout the year as developer Warhorse Studios incorporates player feedback and improves the overall experience. Not bad.
