Game File’s sources indicate that inventive director Brian Horton hasn’t been a part of the project since mid-year, and Wolverine game director Cameron Christian has since taken on a different role at Insomniac.

Wolverine’s novel inventive director is reportedly Marcus Smith, and its novel game director is Mike Daly. Smith was previously one of the three inventive directors of the 2021 game Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Daly was one of the game’s three directors.

For his part, Horton has jumped over the first-party barrier to Xbox as the novel inventive director of Perfect Dark, which The Initiative and Crystal Dynamics are collaborating on.
