The Chinese Antgamer was teasing with the release of the E -Sports Monitor 1000 Hz in 2026. Ithome He says that the upcoming super-fry refresh display has been discussed at the stage at the “Peak New Products and Ecological Co-Creation” conference just before the weekend. We also found some Antgamer Weibo Posts covering the event.
Re -focusing on the 1000 Hz monitor, bothering at 2026, and the details are now slim on the ground. We can collect from available information that the upcoming screen will debut with the following key functions:
- Refresh 1000 Hz
- TN panel technology
- Local dimming technology
- Black frame insertion technology (BFI)
In case you didn’t know BFI, in April we checked the Gaming monitor at Gaming Cough Black Black 32 Ultra HD OLED, which contains this technology. We noticed, however, that BFI has the highest value at frame frequencies below 200 frames per second.
AMD Partnership on White
Weibo posts also show some technical slides from the Antgamer Ant257PF presentation.
Antgamer says he published a technical white book from AMD. “This afternoon, Ant Esports organized an ESPORTS press conference with a capacity of 1000 frames per second, together releasing the white Esports book with a capacity of 1000 frames per second with AMD, along with the specifications required for appropriate games.”
Pixel looking at one of the slides, reproduced below, we see games supported in these absurd refresh rates, include Esports Staples CS2 and PUBG.
Other slides emphasize design considerations, such as rapid signal integrity, improvement of the amorphous silicon semiconductor of a slim film and regulations to display cell structures/chemistry to optimize “very fast reaction times”.
While most of the slides are associated with the newly launched 750 Hz model, we are almost sure that the same technologies will apply to the upcoming 1000 Hz display.
If you feel that today’s monitors with the number of frames per second commonly stop you, then the 1000 Hz panel may occur in your feverish dreams. However, most will want a sweet balance between the fastest performance and the best image quality, and there is a growing selection of OLED game monitors with a 240 Hz, 320 Hz refresh rates, and even 480 Hz that appeared this year.
