The third-person shooter may not have had the best combat, but it made up for it with a great atmosphere and a unique AI/squad system that forced you to be careful around familiar NPCs so they don’t think you’re a perilous alien in disguise. But at the same time, while trying to survive in the Arctic base in the movie, you had to worry about your teammates behaving strangely. Were they just afraid? Bad? Or maybe they really were deadly aliens pretending to be your friend?
In this system, every moment was tense in its original time and Item remastered cleans up the UI and textures so you can easily play this spine-chilling shooter on contemporary consoles. Now he can be afraid of a whole fresh generation of children Thing.
