Incarnon’s up-to-date weapon has been added Warframesand since these are some of the most powerful weapons in the game, it’s always worth trying them out. Of the up-to-date Incarnons, Okina is one of the most engaging, with a unique way of spreading frigid status.
The Koumei and the five fates the update brought much more to the game than just up-to-date weapons: there’s a brand up-to-date Warframe, Koumei, a major rework of Caliban, a companion rework, tons of QOL, and much more. But if you want to do some earnest melee DPS, read on.
How to build Okina Incarnon in Warframe
Like any good weapon, you can build your Okina in a variety of ways. This particular double sai works great with a good Riven or some Smite mods, but this build is for anyone who doesn’t have the Platinum for it. Rest assured that anyone can exploit Okin.
The basic concept is to exploit Melee Influence to spread status effects, particularly electricity, which works well with Okina’s ability to freeze nearby enemies and grant frigid status. Add some viral damage to the mix, as well as plenty of critical hits, and that’s all you need.
Okina Incarnon’s best evolutions
The third and fourth feats are simple choices for this build, while you can choose Synergist Surety as a second feat that increases status damage, but this build runs Galvanized Elementalist to raise status damage. Creating combos quickly is also significant to activate Incarnon.
Evolution II: Seeing Red (5 additional combos on targets affected by the slash)
Evolution III: Orokin Range (+1 range)
Evolution IV: Alchemy of War (increases status chance and duration)
However, if you want to run Okina with Riven or Bane mods, you’ll probably prefer Synergist Surety for the extra damage. Nevertheless, pricey mods are not necessary.
The best mods for Okina Incarnon
In this build we are trying to maximize status chance and status damage so that we can spread status effects and status damage with Melee Influence as we procure electricity on enemies. We then scale our damage based on Status Overload to take advantage of the statuses we deal, while we exploit our Incarnation combo feat to maximize our critical power with Blood Surge.

This is a great general purpose build that won’t cause problems even in Netracellas. However, if you want to push it further with Smite or Riven mods, replace Galvanized Elemental with Weeping Wounds, add Seasoned Reach, and replace Berserker’s Fury with Haste for easier combos. Naturally, if you go this route, you’ll be better off changing your second Incarnon feat to Synergist Surety.
