- Echo of the trampoline
- Echo of the water block
- Bomb echo
- Echo of the flying tile
- Echo of the crow
- Every bed echoes
Be sure to check them out, as they will dramatically improve your ability to climb cliffs, cross cliffs, and solve puzzles.
The humble trampoline you’ll be given in Suthorn Village shortly after starting your adventure will lend a hand you reach most of the cliffs Just out of Zelda’s jumping range. While her jump will be improved later in the game if the right accessory is used, it helps immediately get over the hump early in the game and shouldn’t be counted out.
This echo, acquired during the Jabul Waters portion of the game, trivializes every vertical obstacle. They stack easily on top of each other – no need to jump and place them, just stand and press Y aiming at the same spot and they will stack nicely. They only cost one Tri Energy to stack, meaning the stronger you become, the higher the water towers you can build. Yes.
Although bombs will appear later in the game, the Bombfish Echo (which you can also find in Jabul Waters) will carry you around until you get the right bombs. Even When you get bombs, bombfish is still great because it doesn’t cost any swordfish energy like item bombs do.
This echo appears in the Gerudo Desert portion of the game, and while you may miss it by accident, yes need have Flying Echo Tiles to make this game much easier. The flying tile will carry you across enormous horizontal gaps, so you won’t have to build wobbly bridges anymore.
You’ll find crows everywhere in Hyrule Field, and these greedy little birds lend a hand farm rupees and are great to apply as allies. When the crow hits an enemy for the first time, rupees will explode from the enemy, giving you 5-10 rupees per enemy. They also only cost 1-2 Tri Energy (depending on where you are in the game), so you can have an army of crows to lend a hand distract and defeat your enemies.
Yes, even if the bed is no longer needed for making stairs and bridges, it is still one of the more useful tools in the game. Sleeping in bed allows Zelda to regain her health. The more comfortable the bed, the faster your recovery, so keep your eyes peeled for bed upgrades as you travel.
There’s also something fun about taking a nap in the corner during a boss fight to restore some HP.
The best echoes you can get from the middle to the end in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
These echoes mainly occur in later regions and have higher energy costs than those we listed above. The echoes above are already some of the best echoes for transporting around Hyrule, but if you need more muscle for the behind schedule game, here are the ones you can apply:
- Boarblin Boomerang Lv. 2 Echo
- Echoes of Wizzrobe
- Freezard Echo
- Lynel Echo
Below we explain where to find them and our reasoning behind them.
Boarblin Boomerang Lv. 2 Echo
If you’re annoyed by enemies that fly or are too far away for regular echoes to reach them, boomerang boomers are your best bet. Moreover, this one is a stronger version that can be found in the western Gerudo Desert, so they will make quick work of any flying enemies that will give you grief.
Wizzrobe comes in three flavors and can be found in different areas: Ice Wizzrobe in the Hebra Mountains, Fire Wizzrobe in Eldin Volcano, and Electric Wizzrobe in the Faron Wetlands. These guys are annoying to beat because they teleport, so imagine throwing them at your enemies. They hit challenging and last for a while because they are constantly moving. These are especially useful against bosses that require some elemental damage to be dealt, such as Gohma in the Temple of Pharon and the bosses in the Temple of Lanayru.
While these ice golem heads don’t deal much damage, they freeze enemies very quickly. If you find yourself surrounded by multiple enemies at once, this will lend a hand defuse the situation by trapping a group of enemies so you can take them out one by one until they are all dead. Freezards can be found in both the Hebra Mountains and the Lanayru Temple.
Of course. There is no doubt that Lynel Echo is the strongest in the game. It can take a lot of hits and deal quite a lot of damage. That said, you need to find the lynel by following the hoof prints in the Eternal Forest and then take it down before you can apply this powerful echo, which will make it a true endgame beast.
