The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) has announced the nominees for the 28th annual DICE Awards, and the list includes Astro Bot, Helldivers 2, and Indiana Jones and Great Circle, with six nominations each.
The 2025 DICE Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, February 13 at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas, and 60 games from 2024 will compete for awards in 23 categories. Astro Bot, Balatro, Black Myth: Wukong, Helldivers 2 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will compete for the highest honor in the Game of the Year category.
While we’ve already revealed which games received the most nominations, we’d also like to share that Balatro and Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II took second place with five nominations each, while 1000xResist, Animal Well, and Batman: Arkham Shadow took third place with four nominations each.

“Over 30 thousand Academy members, including the interactive publisher and developer community, recognize excellence in 23 different interactive game categories in one of the highest forms of recognition in the industry, as called AIAS. “The titles were played and evaluated by Academy peer panels to determine the final nominees. These panels, one for each award category, consist of the gaming industry’s most experienced and talented experts in their chosen fields. Winners will be selected through a confidential voting process and announced on the evening of the show. A list of all peer panelists can be found Here.”
