- Temple Run 3 has snuck into supple launch on iOS and Android
- However, you must be located in select regions outside the US and UK to try
- It sees a refreshed version of the original with completely recent mechanics and more
When it comes to games that your parents would leave you to play so you could spend twenty minutes in the Apple Store, I think all of us bratty youngsters fondly remember Temple Run. Okay, maybe Fruit Ninja was more emotional, but the comparison to Temple Run was something everyone could share.
And wouldn’t you know it, over the past few months, at a rapid pace, the latest entry in the series has crept into supple launch. Seemingly only available in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Turkey as a supple launch, Temple Run 3 is a game that I think many of you can’t wait to get your hands on.
By the way, I mean sneaking. Considering I couldn’t find any other English-language coverage of this service on Google Play or the iOS app store. However, everything indicates that this is a full-fledged return to form with classic action and completely recent gameplay.
Run rabbit, run rabbit
The most critical of them is the return of Doom Lagoon. The familiar misty swamps from the original Temple Run have been redesigned and appear with recent additions such as heroes with their own distinct abilities. You can also recruit pets that will support you with skills and stack benefits to further improve your run.
Apart from that, everything you can expect from the recent version of Temple Run, such as improved graphics and sound, is very present here. It’s currently unclear when it will land in our hands in the UK or US, but judging by the patch notes, Temple Run 3 is constantly receiving recent content, which suggests we won’t have to wait long.
