Switch 2 will also receive Xbox games

General Director of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer, says that “he really can’t wait for support” Nintendo from the company’s Xbox Games games, which is a sturdy indication that more exclusive titles from Xbox Game Studios are associated with Nintendo Switch 2.

During his appearance in Gamertag Radio Spencer praised Nintendo innovation and his success with the original switch, saying that he thinks that Switch 2 will also succeed for the company. And although he did not announce any Xbox games for Switch 2, Microsoft has already established a precedent that it is quite convenient, introducing Xbox exclusive software to seemingly competing platforms.

Microsoft is already publishing Minecraft on a wide range of platforms, including Switch, and released two ori games, Pentiment AND Groundedfor the Nintendo console. Because the stronger Switch 2 will appear in 2025, Microsoft could easily introduce some of their more technically demanding games, such as the Halo and Games collection, which were previously released only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

Of course, Microsoft has already committed to the introduction of the Call of Duty franchise on the Nintendo platform. Activision Blizzard belonging to Microsoft already has several of its games (e.g. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2IN Diablo 3IN Overwatch 2) On the switch, and it is likely that the titles (or their continuations) may be switch 2. Spencer said that he expected Microsoft games “will appear in an increasing number of places”, a sturdy indication that more from Xbox Strong 2025 can appear on Switch and PlayStation consoles.
