Stellar Blade steps into Nikke’s shoes with a fresh PS5 collaboration

Published:

It’s official, A Nod Stellar Blade crossover is happening. After leaving us with a few crumbs scattered across the popular gacha mobile game and the beloved action-adventure game on PS5, developer Shift Up has confirmed that we can expect a collaboration between the two to celebrate their similarities.

A brand fresh crossover trailer has just dropped, and following an interview with Stellar Blade game director Hyung-Tae Kim, courtesy of Press square at the beginning of this year, we can now enjoy the fruits of all this speculation and hope. Combining Stellar Blade on PS5 with the popular gacha game is a hit, especially considering how amazing Eve looks in the world of Nikke. In the teaser trailer, she crashes down with a bang, looking out at the group of Raptures, holding her sword and letting her hair flow in the wind – naturally.

Considering both Stellar Blade and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE share the same South Korean developer, Shift Up, and despite the different platforms, it’s quite surprising that it took so long for a collaboration between the two titles to emerge. Even visually, they are very similar, and we equally hope that Nikke will venture into the world of Stellar Blade to even out the crossover and represent the mobile game on Sony’s platform.

Regardless, it’s effortless to assume that the Christmas Eve Stellar Blade will be featured in the upcoming Goddess of Victory: Nikke banner, and honestly, we can’t wait until we can wield the blade and show the Rapture bots who’s boss. We’re hoping that the in-game event will coincide with Eve’s arrival and bring a whole fresh storyline to explore, but unfortunately the only concrete information we have is a miniature trailer.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we receive more information on the collaboration, but for now, get your hands on the latest Nikke codes and be sure to refresh your memory with our Nikke tier list and redraw guide so you can be prepared for the Eve banner to arrive. If you’re looking for more freebies, we also have the latest Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade codes, Genshin Impact codes, and Zenless Zone Zero codes.
