Squad Busters Tier List – Best Characters to Build a Squad

Published:

Heavy

You don’t want to move around too much with Heavy. He increases his attack speed when he’s stationary, so the longer you stay in one spot, the faster Heavy’s attacks will be. Further evolutions will make this more powerful, so if he fits your playstyle, try to get him at least 2* so he can also heal.

Cousin

El Primo is a decent tank that can sustain itself. It can regain some of its HP with higher evolutions, but even without max level, it’s still incredibly tough.

Max

Max is all about speed. With Max in your team, you want to hunt down enemies to further boost that speed buff, as well as have units that fit well in a team with him.

Barbarian

Barbarian is the first Squad Busters character you unlock, but he’s also very good. It deals melee damage and its synergy on higher Evolutions with other Barbarians is simply amazing.

Mortis

Mortis is the equivalent of the Necromancer in Squad Busters. He can resurrect 3 dead Monsters in the party, and with maximum Evolution he can be a force to be reckoned with. At max level, killed enemies can also summon bats, thus increasing your party size A LOT.

Beautiful

If you like bees, Bea is your girl. She can collect beehives to summon bees, which has quite the effect when used correctly. She’s not an simple character to play, but once you get the hang of it, those bees can really come in handy!

Because

Bo could easily be an S-tier character at max evolution. He’s a beast in PvE (compared to monsters), but he’s incredibly brittle and has one of the lowest HP in the game. When choosing Bo, you either want to have a full PvE team and avoid PvP at all costs, or just play something else.

Wizard

If you love Spells, then Wizard is your guy. He lets you have 2 Spells at once once he reaches 2* and can work very well in most teams, both in PvE and PvP.

Ice Wizard

Ice Wizard has some really powerful spells that if you can land them can deal a lot of damage to your enemies. On top of that, his kit includes crowd control in the form of freeze. On the other hand, Ice Wizard is feeble on his own due to his very low health. He needs a team around him to support him.

Dr.T.

Doctor T can unleash his Mega Crab to chase other teams and ignore normal monsters. Overall decent, but nothing special.

Jesse

Jesse appears after opening the chest and in his Super Form (Ultra) casts a tower spell that allows you to place Scrappy anywhere.
