The impressive Warhammer 40,000 episode of Secret Level is probably the most real animation showing the fighting power of a Space Marine. Space Marine 2 fans, however, are focused on one thing: weapons used in the episode but not currently featured in the game itself.
The Secret Level Warhammer 40,000 episode, titled And They Shall Know No Fear, is a sequel to the recently released Space Marine 2, in which main character Titus takes part in what appears to be a suicide mission to defeat the forces of Tzeentch. But while Titus appears in the animation as he appears in Space Marine 2, there is a weapon that players have yet to see in the game: the power axe.
It sounds innocent, but the action scene with this ax steals the show. We see it wielded with brutal efficiency and surprising speed, although if you’re a fan of Warhammer 40,000 lore this may not be too surprising as Space Marines are truly super-fast despite being walking tanks.
I hope one of the Chaos Cultists who managed to avoid a Space Marine’s ax swing was very proud of himself (before he got hit in the 42nd Millennium) pic.twitter.com/TZk8dP0weF

Secret Level is really good. The WH episode was great, even though there were maybe 20 words spoken in total. I’m about to need a battle ax in Space Marine 2 pic.twitter.com/8DiSkcNzGd

There are fans debate regardless of whether the ax in the Secret Level is simply a basic ax due to its appearance at first glance, or a power ax given that it does not give off the energy effects that one would associate with such a weapon. Some speculate that the Space Marines are so defeated in the fights shown in the animation that they simply don’t need to activate the power… the power of the Power Ax if it is indeed a Power Axe. Why waste energy on these pathetic cultists when the bigger fish will need frying later?
Either way, Space Marine 2 fans now want developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment to add this ax to the game, expanding the arsenal of weapons they already have at their disposal. Perhaps it will arrive alongside one of the many DLC cosmetic sets that have been leaked as part of upcoming seasons of content.
