Sega recently hosted an open network test for their approaching Racer Racer, Sonic Racing: Crossworlds, and although it ended, it will not be the last time you can play the game before starting.
The full game is to come very soon on September 25, but the free demonstration version will be available earlier.

Unfortunately, for now there are full details, so we only know that the demo is coming “mid -September”.
It is also described as an offline demo, singles, so presumably it will simply have a Grand Prix or two to rase.
Many have already raised the decision to play based on the beta version, but if you missed it or want to play, the demo will be here in the near future.
