Netmarble has announced a slight delay in the release of Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive, pushing back its November 17 release by a week. The reason given is that the team needs a little more time to reach the solo level: Arise Overdrive in order to solve the problems and bring the game up to scratch. However, the delay is not that large because the fresh official date is set for November 24.

In a statement, the band said: “Thanks to the valuable feedback that Hunters shared through various channels during the first demo period, development of Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is progressing smoothly. However, we kindly ask for your understanding as the official release schedule has been adjusted to further improve the overall quality of the game and provide the best gameplay experience possible. Solo Leveling focuses on Sung Jin-Woo, the weakest hunter in a world where hunters fight otherworldly threats. After meeting in a mysterious dungeon, Sung Jin-Woo discovers that he has become a “player”, experiencing the world like in a video game and able to grind and escalate his hunter level – something that should have been impossible.
