RPG Solosta: Crown Of The Magister will have a sequel. Solosta II will launch in early access next year, with a demo expected to be available some time before that. Like its predecessor, this is a team-based CRPG with tactical combat, single-player and online co-op. Here’s the trailer. Warning: it contains shiny stone people, the worst enemy of video games.

“Decades after the events of Solasta: Crown of the Magister (2021), Solasta II transports players to the vibrant high-fantasy land of Neokos – a land of breathtaking beauty teetering on the brink of ruin at the hands of Shadwyn, an all-powerful being brought to life by Amelia Tyler (Baldur’s Gate 3, Hades II),” say the creators of Magnetic Adventures. “As its endless tide of corruption spreads across the continent, a band of brave adventurers rise to the challenge.”

Solasta II remains true to its promise to deliver gameplay based on the world’s most popular TTRPG. Prepare your spells, perform a sneak attack, hit that monster – immerse yourself in the knowledge of the game on your tablet. But that’s not all that Solosta II will have to offer. This recent creation will also allow you to freely roam the lands of Neokos, exploring and discovering the map as you wish.

I suppose the shiny rock people won’t be that bad to fight if it’s a tactical fight. I just can’t stand hitting things. Who likes hitting a rock? Unless you are a dwarf, of course. I could create a group of dwarves. This will teach them.
