Sipher (SIPHER) announced a major update to its Genesis NFT sensorswhich involves the transformation of the reward system and the role of these assets within it ecosystem.
Starting December 31st2024 Genesis NFTs, including Sipherian Flash and Sipherian Surge collections, will become part of modern reward distribution system. The goal is to correct flexibility and strengthening of $SIPHER integration token in the ecosystem.

One of the main changes is this The Genesis NFT will unlock “ships” and “gear” in the game. These items will function similarly to those obtained through regular items gameensuring that all players have access to the same opportunities in Sipher.
Additionally, owners of these NFTs will be able to receive rewards in $SIPHER tokenswhich will be distributed weekly via Funki Chain Networkprovided that users sign the transformation agreement in the period from December 31, 2024 to January 25, 2025. To be eligible, players must check your Genesis NFT balance on the Sipher portal during this period.
Sipher warns to be careful when shopping at farmers’ markets
It is significant to note that during this conversion period, buyers of the Genesis NFT should be careful when purchasing these assets on trading platforms such as Opensea, as those that have already been converted will not provide $SIPHER rewards. Genesis NFT metadata will also be updated on December 31, 2024, temporarily excluding values associated with these assets, although characters associated with the Genesis NFT will remain perceptible and playable in the game.
The $SIPHER reward system will be based on the rarity of the NFT. Genesis NFT owners will receive a number of tokens depending on the rarity of their asset, ranging from 500 tokens for common items to 15,000 tokens for NFTs 1:1. Additionally, Sipher announced that starting January 26, 2025, it will begin distributing modern NFTs on the Funki chain that will retain key attributes of the original Genesis NFTs
