Pest Spears is a spell exclusive to Ring of Fire‘S The shadow of the Erd tree expansion. If you’ve ever been annoyed by those annoying Kindred of Rot enemies that repeatedly shoot sticky strands of filth at you, you’ll be content to have this spell. It lets you do the exact same thing to them (or any other enemy). Now you can be just as annoying as they are.

Here’s what you need to know about Pest-Thread Spears and where to find them.

Pest-Thread Spear Statistics and Features

Pest Spears take up 1 memory slot, cost 28 FP, and require 26 Faith to employ.

This Incantation gives you the ability to shoot out sticky threads to damage enemies. This is one of the best spells in the game against immense enemies, as the threads deal separate damage to each body part they hit, allowing you to rack up damage very quickly.

The description for Pest-Thread Spears is:

“The ability of the vermin known as Kinsmen of Rot, now used as a spell.

Secrete numerous sticky strands, then twist them into two spears that shoot forward.

Fee for increasing potency.

The vermin are abandoned servants and for this reason they found a mother in the Holy Bud.

Where to find Pest-Thread spears

The Pest-Thread Spears Incantation spell can be found in the Ancient Ruins of Ruah. Start your search at Church of the Bud, Main Entrance Site of Grace.

From the Site of Grace, turn around and head back to the cave behind you. There will be a giant set of stairs you can go down. Do so, then wrap around the stairs and follow the hallway back behind them.

In the area behind the stairs is a Kindred of Rot enemy that you will want to kill. Then pick up the item here to get the Pest-Thread Spears Incantation. Make sure you have it equipped, then go annoy any enemy you find.
