Shogun Arena is a group of floating islands that appear in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.
The Shogun Arena is the place where you have to deal 300 damage to your opponents and it is the headquarters of the boss Shogun X. Getting there can be quite hard because his location changes every game, he does not appear immediately and he is a floating island in the sky.

Shogun Arena location in Fortnite
Shogun’s Arena works similarly to Loot Island from Chapters 4 and 5, where he appears mid-match through a crack in a random location on the map. The rift will become apparent on the map as soon as fourth circle of the storm will appear and the Shogun Arena will begin to appear when it appears approximately one minute left on the timer.
To reach the Shogun Arena, you must look for the Wind Spirits under the floating islands and jump into their wind column to fly into the air. Go down to the islands and damage any enemy, including Shogun X, to complete the quest.
