Hey Slayers – Waiting is almost over! After a long journey, Undead citadel Finally he goes to PS VR2 on June 26.
This game was a long -term passion project for us. We decided to do something that really seems that you are in the process of a coarse, undead world-where every swing, block and stab. Without a button butt, without swimmer physics. Only you, your weapon and whatever you crawl.
What is the undead citadel?
At the root, it is a first -person action game in which you fight by a medieval world mastered by plague by the undead. You will fight through the Citadel with the scourge, using over 75 different weapons-from swords and axes for arches, and even war hammers. You will also find four wild mixtures-pay time, load your strength or freeze enemies on their tracks in the middle of charging. This is tumultuous in the best way.
The game contains a full campaign with hand -made levels, puzzles and tradition to discover. We have also joined the Horde mode (endless waves, racing results, chaos) and the armory where you can test any weapon that you found in the sandbox environment.
Built for VR, optimized for PS VR2
We designed everything from scratch for virtual reality. The fight is fully based on physics with a 1: 1 hand movement and almost zero delay-when you swing your hand, that’s what happens in the game. Every impact has real weight, every parry matters, and every mistake has consequences.
Precise tracking and responsive PS VR2 haptors have a huge difference. Regardless of whether you tilt the sword, block the shield or nail the head with the last arrow, everything is polished, addictive and intense.
Smooth cutting, less headache: thank you, 90 Hz!
The undead citadel will work at a speed of 90 Hz, enabling players to experience more natural and responsive movement when rotating or tilted. This makes the world seem more “real”, especially crucial when the player physically interacts with enemies in intensive meetings.
Not to mention that players sensitive to VR 90Hz is a sweet place to convenience, providing polished transport and speedy moves that are useful when playing in horde mode.
Why the PS VR2 version hits different
The undead citadel on PS VR2 fully uses the equipment so that everything seems a bit more real, in a way you may not even notice, but you definitely feel.
Adaptive triggers add subtle resistance when gripping weapons, for example when moving your hands on the sword holder or by pressing the buttons in the menu. This is a diminutive detail, but it adds the tactical nature of the interaction, which makes a huge difference in the game.
Then there are the employ of the headset so far – for example, when you take damage, you will feel a quick pulse that adds a physical advantage to the action. This is not exaggerated, all you have to do is add a sense of presence. This is one of those functions that you do not realize that you appreciate … until it is.
Both of these functions, adaptive triggers and haptics of the headset are only in the PS VR2 version and we are delighted how they augment immersion.
Get ready for the undead
We put in this huge effort and care, and we hope you feel that when you play it. Thank you for your support and patience along the way. We hope that the undead citadel gives combat impressions as opposed to anything else in VR.
Wishing list now Found the undead like never before. The undead citadel will be available from June 26, 2025 for USD 29.99!
