Welcome back to the pile of deals. All the best stuff that is really worth having, at prices well below the MSRP. A bit of a ponderous week for up-to-date releases, so I’m digging up the past + discounts. That said, I’d focus on the seriously discounted Let’s not starve together, Dead cells, GTA DefinitiveAND Borderland 3Hundreds of hours of fun for little money!

In retro news, I’m celebrating my 30th birthday Jim the Earthwormrun ‘n’ gun platformer that is as iconic as it is bizarre. I vividly remember being amazed by its fluid character animations, as they matched the high [Agra]ba[h]r set by Disney’s Aladdin from the previous year. What’s more, EJ exuded a unique weirdness that provided gameplay changes from level to level and knowledgeable satire on hackneyed gaming formulas. It was a real shame when the series’ impoverished attempt at 3D-ing ended up putting Jim in the mud for good.
