Review of the chairman of Libenovo Omni games

Published:

I have never heard of Libenovo until I started seeing the flood of advertising on my Instagram for a modern chair that blow up on Kickstarter: over $ 7 million collected and counted. As a player, I am used to seeing flashy chairs from ordinary suspects, but it was different enough to attract my attention. And to be straightforward, as someone who has been meeting for years and feels the harvest of endless hours at the desk, I always hunt for everything that can make these marathon computer sessions slightly less criminal on my back.

Introduce Libenovo All: Apparently the world’s first ergonomic chair that promises to support the spine in real time, motorized lumbar regulation, four separate positions, and even a built -in spine massage. The idea of a chair, which could actually adapt to how I sit – and not force me to my own form – he was enough to take a closer look at me. But is this the revelation we were waiting for, or just a flashy shot in the Kickstarter moon with a few too many moving parts?

When unpacking Omni, I immediately notice its climate science fiction. The rear support strap looks as if it belonged to the cockpit of the spacecraft, and the seat cushion is plush, but breathable – think a foam with memory with a technical accent. The assembly is surprisingly painless. Everything that is connected with satisfying clicks, and the instructions are pristine, printed on enormous boards, not a troublesome brochure. The only hook was a complex screw, which required an additional pair of hands, but besides, everything was liquid. Charging the battery (yes, the chair needs juice) was as basic as connecting a USB-C cable. After power supply, motorized lumbar support comes alive. At the beginning it is a strange feeling – your place adapting to your position in real time – but it quickly becomes the second nature.

Comfort is a place where Omni really stands out. I checked dozens of chairs and I’m picky. Most are donated after a few weeks, because they simply do not cut it for eight hours of episodes.

Libenovo Omni is, however, the first chair I really wanted to stop. The seat and rear pillows are tender, but supporting, and almost every part is adjustable. Pivots and slides for the head, the armrests move in every direction, and lumbar support reacts during the change.

Now the limitations of the vigorous lumbar system are becoming clear. The mechanism adapts only in one direction, so you only get a depth. You cannot change the height in which it hits the spine, which often makes me feel that I am stabbed in the middle of my back, not supported in the lower back. Choosing in a perfect fit is complex, and I wished a larger range of adaptation or a higher place to really hit this sweet point of ergonomic support. It was only in the powered positions that I felt really comfortable, but the vertical position was not so great. There is no manual replacement if the engine fails-a legitimate problem, taking into account a relatively petite two-year warranty for electronics.

Speaking of positions, they are a unique function and are carefully designed for operate in the real world. Deep concentration at 105 ° is your “Get-Things-Done” mode, ideal for video connections or at any time to look piercing and remain involved. Solo work at 120 ° is a place where I spent most of the design and writing sessions. It is relaxed enough to reduce fatigue, but keeps your attitude, ideal for long sections at the desk.

Soft Recline at 135 ° is ideal for reviewing work, free play or just bending into thinking. Pressure on the lower back is soothed and you can raise your feet – if the footrest works. I also like how sitting and shoulder to slip into the back rest, so that they remain in the right position.

The spine flow at 160 ° is a full secular mode, ideal for a nap of power or decompression after a long day. This is where the omnistretch spine massage comes into play: a five -minute, motorized section that gently lengthens the spine and soothes the tension. It is like a mini yoga built into your chair and as someone who often feels a burden after a long game or editing marathons, I found it really effective.

However, 4D armrests are a double -edged sword. I love flexibility – they easily move, rotary and angular. But sometimes they move too easily. Not once did I accidentally lowe them outside the position in the middle of the game or while writing. A stronger blocking mechanism would make the world. The footrest, unlocked as a gate thanks to the uncontrolled success of Kickstarter, is a nice touch to relax or nap during long sessions. However, it is not as adjustable as I would like. Footrest offers only two settings – one addressed to shorter users and one for higher people – but none of them worked for me. I used it only when relaxed to relaxation or game, not as true ergonomic support throughout the day.

Comparing Libenovo Omni directly with other ergonomic gaming chairs, including Razer V2, this is an easier option. While iskor V2 and similar models offer decent ergonomics, endurance and adaptation, I think that LibeNovo Omni is much more convenient and consistent. Dynamic support and general plush Omni simply overtook every chair for games that I tried, making long sessions at my desk seem really more pleasant in comparison.

Let’s talk about the campaign now: over $ 7 million was collected, and almost 10,000 supporters are a considerable feat. Buzz is real, and demand is proof that people are hungry for innovation. The purchase price of Kickstarter for Libenovo Omni began with about USD 698, 550 GBP and USD 1072 for the basic package, with options, including footrest and accessories available at higher levels. These prices are a significant discount compared to the expected retail price, but Kickstarter’s buying is not like an order in Amazon. Risk is included and although libertovo persists in shipping units, questions about the warranty, repair repair and long -term support are persistent. The frame receives a five-year warranty, but electronics-probably the heart of the chair-only gets two. If the engine or battery dies after this, it will remain with a immobile seat.

Buy if …

You have back pain: This chair will go a long way in correcting the strains from too long sitting.

You trust Kickstarter: And don’t worry about this risk.

Don’t buy if …

You want to ensure: reliability and longevity – is a modern, unverified chairman.

You have a restricted budget: Many cheaper ergo office chairs with proven achievements.

Libenovo Omni is certainly the most convenient chair I’ve ever sat and is full of really creative functions. If you are an enthusiast of technology or someone who spends over 10 hours a day at the desk, Omni is worth considering. But this is not without flaws. The vigorous lumbar is clever, but restricted, the armrests require improvement, and the footrest is a bit attached.

Most importantly, longevity and the ability to repair the chair remain unanswered. Would I recommend it? If you want to focus on innovation and accept the risk of Kickstarter, absolutely. Comfort and regulation are the highest level and it is clear why the campaign has shattered records. But if you are looking for a chair that will last a decade or longer, with bulletproof support and proven reliability, recognized players still have an advantage. Omni Libenovo is a bold leap forward – a chair that you try to adapt to you, not the other way around. Regardless of whether it is the future of the seating or a brilliant one -time, it will just turn out. For now, we are joyful to sit on the edge of this future.
