Ready, Battlefield rival Delta Force has begun its test

As the Battlefield series takes a back seat to prepare for a worthy return to form, Delta Forces steps in to deliver the intense gunplay you crave. Team Jade’s upcoming free-to-play shooter made a positive impression on gamers and the Pocket Tactics team at Gamescom this year, and now a novel one is available Delta Force test it opened the door to his brutal war zones. However, before you gather your friends and open a crispy Pepsi Max, you need to act quickly and get in on the action.

From Tuesday, November 26, 2024 to Friday, November 29, 2024, Team Jade is conducting a mobile technical test of the FPS game on Android. While it’s disappointing that iPhone and iPad users have been relegated to the barracks, it’s a great opportunity to see what the studio has in store in preparation for Delta Force Hawk Ops’ release date.

You can go to the Delta Force Hawk Ops page on the website Google Play Store to download the free mobile game, though it’s worth noting that only a few regions are currently supported.

Players from the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand are eligible to participate as long as they have 1.5GB of space available on their Android device. Delta Force took center stage at Summer Game Fest after a tantalizing presentation that gave us our first look at the game’s recreation of the beloved 2003 Black Hawk Down campaign.

Based on the eponymous war epic by Ridley Scott, you will experience scenes from the film and see how it was prepared for up-to-date times. It’s not yet confirmed whether this will be included in the mobile version, but you’ll likely spend most of your time in multiplayer. The Jade team recently added Operations mode to testing, an Escape From Tarkov-style extraction mode where rapid resource gathering is imperative to escaping with the massive haul.

I wasn’t sure about this game at first, but after learning about it, it appealed to me Delta Force announcement at Gamescom, I’m content to say that Team Jade has won me over. It all still feels shamelessly over-Battlefield in my eyes, but with any luck it could become a stern contender in the shooter space. That’s if Call of Duty: Mobile’s rival Fau-G: Domination doesn’t steal its thunder.
