EA Sports College Football 25 has just entered Early Access and has been met with an insane response, all but securing its place as one of the best sports games on PS5. Some players are reporting a bug that prevents them from accessing the game’s Dynasty mode, where they take on the responsibility of coaching a football program.
He noticed IGNusers on X published an issue that presents players with two options, marked as “lorem ipsum” under an image of a crossed-out cloud. As all you intellectual sportswriters know, lorem ipsum is a fairly common phrase used in publishing and printing to show what text will look like as a momentary placeholder.
We certainly don’t need to be told that the phrase itself is a corruption of an aged quote by Cicero from the 1st century BC, or that it roughly translates to “pain itself.” There’s a touch of irony in that, but since it’s currently only available to players who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition or MVP Pack, it’s really something that should be fixed before launch.
