Priest Simulator: Vampire Show, which you probably won’t expect, is launching in Early Access

Published:

Yesterday I was very busy, so I didn’t have time to tell you: Priest simulator: vampire show at last has left Early Access. The starter version supports, among others: lots of improvements and, oddly enough, it’s accompanied by a petite DLC expansion.

If this sounds familiar, maybe it’s because I’ve been looking at it Priest simulator in 2022 in Early Access review before the subtitle appeared. I remember it clearly. We heard it in some nondescript press that I would normally ignore. I looked at it and realized it was a lot weirder than I imagined, and then I picked it up to try. Even at that point it was fine.

If you’re like me, name Priest simulator (even with its strange subtitle) suggests a premise where you join the clergy and spread the word of God. Instead, you play as a demonic vampire who is thrown out of hell and stripped of his superpowers. He desperately wants internet fame, so he’s willing to do whatever it takes to get his powers back, and basically everyone around him (especially the church) suggests that they can do it if he does them a few favors.

It’s a petite open world game where you can sometimes do a few priestly things like confession and exorcism. I said then that the game was already impressive, but I felt like it was stuck in a few areas. It looked like there were placeholders there waiting for someone to come along and finish them. I haven’t looked closely at the game, but from what I can see we’ve fixed these bugs and placeholders.

I can’t wait to jump in and see how things go. From the last few posts, it seemed like the developer had basically gotten where he wanted to go and tied it all up in a bow, ready to move on. If I can spare some time, I’ll be back with a formal review. Otherwise, know that it is true probably still worth your time.

Priest simulator: vampire show fully released on December 5, 2024 for PC. The Priest simulator: her ghost DLC released with it.
