Pragmaty Devs explain why the PS5 game lasted so long

Published:

Pragmaty finally releases PS5 in 2026 and it took a lot of time to get there. In the developer’s up-to-date comments we now have a little more context, why so long.

The publisher Capcom announced Pragmata in the PS5 Future of Gaming show in the 2020s, in which it was published in 2022.

Of course, this never happened, and now it is set to start four years later than expected.

Talking with ThegamerThe Director of the Cho Yonghee game explained why the production of scorer science fiction took so much time.

Apparently, the basic concept of Pragmaty has not changed over the years, but the implementation of an unusual element of puzzles in the game turned out to be extremely challenging to do.

Producer Nałoto Oyama develops, referring to a unique combination of shooting and hacking the game.

“Having two mechanics, Diana’s hacking and shooting Hugo, was one of the reasons that we devote more time to this game,” he explains. “We devoted time to balancing all this.”

It seems that there was also a fight against the presentation, and Yonghee and Oyama are not able to decide how much the real estate screen will afford to hack during the fight.

Developers also comment on the game announcement until 2020.

“Placing the game so early served us as motivation,” says Yonghee Thegamer. “If we haven’t put up this trailer, Pragmata may not be the same game as it is today.”

Although the getting out of the game required most of the PS5 generation, we can at least now say that it is worth waiting.

We did it more than once, but twice, and each time it was impressed by its unique configuration.
