Pokémon TCG Pocket warns players about the consequences of cheating, just before the expected release of trade in the game this week.
In the advertisement pushed to the application yesterday, players were warned against violating the conditions for providing services that relate specifically to cheating:
“We know that some players got involved in manipulating data, real money trade and other behaviors that violate the conditions of use,” we read in the game. “If we confirm that the player has been involved in behavior that violates the conditions of use, we warn them, suspend their account or take other actions.”
No further details have been offered, what behaviors, in particular, are targeted. Players on R/PTCGP speculate that this warning is associated with several different behaviors. One of them, referred to as Wonder Pick FarmingThis is a practice in which people create recent accounts massively to apply many free packages available to recent players and try to quit the “god package” or a very scarce packet of cards with five very scarce cards. Then they offer their codes to friends others for money so that the buyers can add them as friends and then see the “Package of God” in the Wonder Glec function and guarantee a very scarce card.
Another behavior speculated as the purpose of repression is the practice in which players will measure accounts to level 50 with a lot of banking currency, participating in the battles of PVP, using the function of playing time limit to play playing until the opponent has happened to win many times.
In addition, it is possible that the warning was simply published due to the upcoming release of a commercial function in the game, which can potentially start a recent wave of incorrect behavior, especially in the case of “real money trading”. The commercial function, which was donated by fans after the announcement, allows players to trade cards of one star and below with friends. Players expressed frustration both rarely on trade and the need to spend some currency so that trade would occur primarily.
The function is planned live this week on January 29, along with the recent Smackdown space -time extension.
