The free Essential games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for November 2024 are: Hot Wheels Unleashed 2, Ghostwire: TokyoAND Death Note The killer inside, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced on Wednesday. Players will be able to download three games from November 5.
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 offers more arcade-style racing featuring Hot Wheels cars, trucks, motorcycles, and ATVs, all with upgradeable skill trees. Freed 2 adds modern locations and a track editor so you can create the impossible toy racing track of your dreams. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 via PS Plus.
Ghostwire: Tokyo is a first-person action adventure game created by Tango Gameworks, the action of which takes place on the haunted streets of Tokyo. When the game launched in 2022, we were met with mixed reactions, writing in our review that “it’s an endearing experience. There’s a lot of care shown, from the cultural details in the sweet side stories to the rendering of the rain-swept world itself. However, any charm is bogged down by frustrating design decisions and slow mechanics. Ghostwire: Tokyo will be available on PS5.
Death Note The killer inside will be released on November 5 as a free PlayStation Plus game. The online social deduction game for up to 10 players pits two teams against each other, each with different goals. According to Sony’s description of the game, “players will have to discover their identity and either eliminate L, who threatens Kira’s power, or seize the Death Note. Engage in a battle of wits as Kira and his followers or as L and the investigators in the world of Death Note. As evenly matched opponents, both teams clash to control the game while hiding their true identities from each other. The Death Note is hidden among the players, leading to an exhilarating game of cat and mouse until one team defeats the other. Death Note The killer inside will be available on PS4 and PS5.
November PS Plus games will be available for download until December 2.
PlayStation Plus Essential is the lowest tier available on Sony Interactive Entertainment’s subscription service.
