Our favorite gaming chair is on sale for Black Friday, so it’s time to park your butt in style

Secretlab gaming chairs dominate ourbest gaming chairs” on the list for as long as I can remember, and the current winner is the Secretlab Titan Evo. It’s a damn good chair. According to Jacob w his reviewthis is Secretlab “firing on all cylinders,” and the feature set proves it: it has the now-mandatory 4D adjustable armrests, the ability to recline the chair up to 165 degrees (if you want to sleep in a gaming chair, for some reason), and a multi-tilt mechanism that adjusts to any position you can take on it.

These items usually cost AU$799, but you can grab something a little more delicious on Black Friday 764 Australian dollars. This is about as low as Secretlab’s premium chairs get: they’re basically the Nintendo of the gaming chair world, in the sense that while they offer discounts from time to time, the prices never exceed a certain threshold.

The features listed above sound impressive on paper, but it’s a little tough to convey the premium feel that the Titan Evo exudes, and that’s one of the things our review touches on. Part of this is the apply of “Neo Hybrid” artificial leather, which not only contributes to the aforementioned elegance, but also prevents the seat from becoming uncomfortably scorching and sweaty during long sessions.

If you’re not looking for a gaming chair or you just like sitting on the ground, maybe you’d prefer a desk instead? Secretlab’s Black Friday sale also includes gaming desks, which means our favorite gaming desk – the Secretlab Magnus Pro— is also discounted from $1,218 to AUD$1,099 (shipping included).

What justifies spending so much money on the table? It is both a standing and a sitting desk. The set of functions of the standing desk is very versatile: the bench can be adjusted electronically down to the millimeter, and there is also space to save three presets. Cable management is on board and the whole thing is made of steel. None of your fancy pieces of wood, thank you very much: I like using a desk that could crush a diminutive hatchback.

Jacob’s review of this desk is probably more convincing, although he notes that it is an exorbitant piece of kit. This discount doesn’t exactly make it an impulse buy area, but if you’re looking for a desk, now is a good time to consider it.

While Black Friday doesn’t technically start until delayed next week, most Australian retailers are already offering large sales. Check ours the best Black Friday offers in computer games a center that offers more ways to spend your money.
