This seasonal event, running until January 22, 2025, invites you to explore Gielinor with improved mechanics and an emphasis on skillful play. The next eight weeks will be packed with action in the beloved MMORPG.
Leagues V – Raging Echoes has always been a fan-favorite competitive mode in RuneScape, and its long-awaited return to OSRS means you can enjoy it once again. If you’re recent to this, you start your journey with a fresh character and must complete quests, earn points, and unlock relics to progress through recent regions filled with increasingly arduous challenges.
Many venerable mechanics also return. Area blocking returns as a core feature of leagues, and improved bosses make battles requiring pointed strategy and skill. For those who like to experiment, creation theory allows you to test different approaches when planning your path in the league.
With the venerable one, you can also expect recent features to keep things fresh. The newest addition is Combat Mastery, which completely changes the way you progress through the league. It works in conjunction with the Relic System, giving you control over the buffs and buffs you bring to fights. It’s a system designed to change the way you adapt and grow when faced with more challenging tasks.
