Answers to today’s calls, game No. 783 is …
- Yellow: attachment with glue It adheres, affix, glue, stick
- Blue: bowling results Foul, spare, divided, strike
- Green: Polite Sex conditions Trade, congress, intimacy, relations
- Purple: Contronims (words that can mean opposite things) Fission, decorating, supervision, sanction
- My rating: Difficult
- My result: 2 errors
NYT did not exploit the most obvious contractors (words that can mean opposite things), at least in my opinion.
Two good would be “buckles” and “fast”, which would certainly expose me to whether they belonged to the group that concerned attachments.
In any case, all this is to mask my embarrassment because of three guesses to get polite sex conditions.
I thought that this group had something to do with international trade, so I tried to take into account sanctions and supervision before switching them into intimacy.
Tell me that I was not the only person who did not see this group!

What is NYT connections?
NYT Connections is one of several increasingly popular word games made by the New York Times. He challenges a group of four items that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is basic, yellow, a little more arduous, blue often quite difficult and purple, usually very arduous.
On the other hand, you don’t have to solve the last technically because you will be able to answer it through the elimination process. What’s more, you can write up to four mistakes, which gives some space to breathe.
However, this is a little more involved than something like Wordle and there are many opportunities to play tripping with tricks. For example, watch out for homophones and other word games that can hide answers.
