You might think that tower defense games are popular these days, but Nighty Knight has a little twist that adds a ticking time bomb to your strategy. As you might guess from the title, things take an ominous turn as night falls over the land – while you can build your defenses as the sun rises, you must ensure your forces are up to the task when the sun falls noiseless and the forces of darkness move in.
In Nighty Knight you can strengthen your defense with various towers, units and weapons in a lovely fantasy world. I find the visuals absolutely adorable – at least based on the trailer and screenshots posted online.
There’s even a blob-like thing in the crown that looks suspiciously like a chubby Mr. Pringles. I mean, I have no idea who it is or why it’s there, but I’m all for it.
