IN Ground Zero without ZenYou get Nicole for free, so you’ll definitely want to level up your relationship with her to take advantage of some of her exclusive benefits. While talking to Nicole every day is a good way to build her trust, specific replies will earn your trust faster.

By increasing your Trust you will earn Polychromes, as well as materials that enhance skills, certain bonuses in Hollows, and – most importantly – the ability to set this character as your background on the menu screen.

Below is a list of the best answers to choose from when talking to Nicole during her Trust Events and Trust Event Invitations.

Nicole trusts events best answers in Zenless Zone Zero

If you see Nicole’s portrait on your navigation screen, it means she’s waiting nearby for a potential trust event. Approaching her and talking to her when she has the grey ellipses above her head will earn you some trust, though you have to be careful – answering the wrong questions can lower your trust.

Below we list Nicole’s possible locations and the best answers to answer to gain trust. Keep in mind that not every hint will inspire trust, even if you choose a seemingly favored answer, so we only list answers that will inspire your trust.

There are still a few trust events missing as we are still working on resolving them(It’s a lot of trial and error with a daily limit, so it’s taking us a while.) We’ll be updating this guide with more answers to trust event questions as we find them.

141 Convenience (Sixth Street)

Standing outside the grocery store, Nicole will mumble about the competition opening up. She will say, “What a coincidence that we ran into you. Looks like we really have a strong bond~”, to which you will have to respond, “It is indeed fate,“to enhance trust.

Coff Cafe (Sixth Street)

Nicole will only appear after you enter and exit the Coff Cafe. Once you do, she will tell you about the success of the Cunning Hares. The options here are a bit questionable, as the first choice could be “Congratulations!” or “Doesn’t that seem suspicious to you?” Choose “Congratulations!” for a significant boost in trust. If that’s not an option, choose the second option, “I hired someone to write these positive reviews,” for a regular boost in trust.

Kiosk (Sixth Street)

Interact with the newspaper stand, then walk away to make Nicole appear. She will appear and say, “Have you heard this word on the street…?” to which you must reply, “I heard,” Or “Not yet…” to get a Trust boost when the event ends. If you choose “When will you give it back to me?” you will get a Trust drop.

Coff Cafe (Sixth Street)

This is another event where you’ll have to enter and exit the cafe. When you do, Nicole will start talking about how the Hares don’t have much money. Your decisions don’t matter, but when you offer her money, she’ll say, “Well, consider yourself lucky it was just us fooling around. Someone else could have stolen all the Dennies out of your pocket~” Reply “I have faith in you,“to achieve a significant enhance in confidence.

Waterfall Soup (Sixth Street)

You must interact with Waterfall Soup and then leave the shop for Nicole to appear during the event. Once you do, she will approach you and ask if you want to assist her with something. She will say, “I’ll take the Black Bowl Mushrooms Noodles, without the mushrooms~” and you can reply, “I’ll go now,“to enhance trust.

Nicole Trust Invite the best answers in Zenless Zone Zero

If you DM Nicole, you can meet her at one of three locations on Sixth Street. This will build trust no matter what at the end, but some specific answers will earn you bonus points.

Best Answers to “Make a Fortune with Gacha!” (Box Galaxy)

Nicole will ask you which of the two gacha machines she should pull. When asked, tell her:The one on the left” to get a significant boost in trust. The rest of your answers don’t matter and you’ll get another boost in trust at the end.

You can also regularly enhance your trust by telling her, “I’m having trouble making a decision,” and then choosing, “Heads, which way?” when she asks to flip a coin, choosing, “Heads, which way?” However, simply telling her to apply the machine on the left will give you more trust.

Best Answers to “How to Get Happy” (Coff Cafe)

None of your answers matter until Nicole asks, “Feeding Mr. Panda should work the same way, right?” to which you should reply, “You may be right“, to enhance trust.

Regardless of the answer you choose, your confidence will enhance.

‘Vending machines are a gem’ (vending machine) best answers

Based on our testing, neither answer here has any effect on the amount of trust you gain. Regardless of what you choose, you will receive a regular trust boost at the end of the conversation. For this reason, we recommend choosing one of the other two Trust Invite events instead to gain more trust.
