“It is more difficult to create than destroy. That’s why cowards tend to choose a job.” Perhaps you are wondering where this quote comes from. Could it be Aristotle, or maybe Friedrich Nietzsche wrote it during the birth of the tragedy? Certainly it is provocative enough to think about the work of every significant philosopher.

But this theological statement comes from one of the biggest minds of this generation: Jack Black in the movie Minecraft. He summarizes the basic message of this film: no matter how tough it is to create something, difficult work and practice always pay off; Very sentiment minecraft.
Instead of becoming a novel experience, Canon Minecraft, the Minecraft movie decides to focus on several people and their experiences in the game. Steve version of Jacek Black is not . Steve; He is just AND Steve. And although there is a story in the form of Piglins trying to regain a valuable ball from Steve and friends to end the dominance of the world, it is rather a ship for the basic cast for exploration and interaction with Minecraft.
The best parts of the film (apart from all the scenes of Jennifer Coolidge) were the times when the characters interaction with Minecraft, like any other player. During the first night during the invasion of Zombie/Skeleton Henry, a newborn hero, manages to create a fortress to protect himself and his friends from hostile mobs. Later, we see more compilation, which Jack Black, also known as Steve, made during his stay in the world. There is a working Wheel Ferris, a dummy mine trapped in Booba and of course the right tribute to his trusted wolf, Dennis.
This is a very human experience to indicate something friend and go: “I do it!” This is probably why I liked the statue of Dennis or Steve, Garrett and Henry fly through the canyons of Elytra, and at the same time chased by the swarm of ghostly piglins. Minecraft game is a very related experience, something that binds us all who play. In the first night, everyone is hidden in a hole or a compact sullied hut, they celebrated when they broke their first Redstone compilation or sought to build a wonderful Diamond Block House. It should not surprise that this film flourishes when it is simply a related Minecraft experience, while showing how unlimited the world of minecraft is.
Unfortunately, this film is not just about looking at viewing view and watching how its characters create nippy compilations. Problems with this film are in the development of character and hurried history.
This ender stretches a bit
From the very beginning you can see that one of the problems that the creators had to overcome was as soon as possible was to transfer their characters from point A (real world) to point B (minecraft). There would be a few nice quick ways, one of them was a script reminiscent of Jumanji, in which Steve would get into the world through an aged gray computer, and then the rest of the basic group.
But instead, Steve decides to break into an abandoned mine, breaking the cubes of a destitute man when he is forgotten along the way. It is here that Steve finds a ball and a land crystal that connects to create a gate to the world.
Minecraft has never sold as a film with lots of layers.
After making a few nice compilations, Steve is robbed of the ball by Piglins and their leader, but to save the world from complete destruction, Steve passes the ball to Dennis to hide in the real world.
At this point, we move into the rest of the group and where the film really struggles to find the right pace. Most of the admission of the character is faster to reach the world faster, except for Garrett, pro retro of the player who got a strange story for someone who, in my opinion, was to be a secondary character or at least for Henry.
For this reason, most of the characters do not feel rounded. Sometimes there was a moment or two in which there would be an attempt to progress character, only to be interrupted to keep the attention of the younger audience.
But to be straightforward, the Minecraft movie never sold as a film with lots of layers, so I can’t get incensed that he is screaming about craft tables instead of providing a deep character study.
Decent block buckler
When I looked next to some of these traps and simply decided to enjoy the film, as it is, a little carefree, I started to enjoy a bit sometimes. Instead of wondering why Piglins did not attack Steve right away because he was not wearing golden armor, instead I smiled at witty references to the maiden farms and the charming little tribute of Techoblade.
It is obvious that this film is really intended for the younger Minecraft Playerbase, not those who played the game when it was first released, and Jack Black regularly shouts the name of items such as Flint and Steel or Crafting. But there are enough nippy references and witty jokes that will aid you sit through the movie.
The scenes of Jennifer Coolidge, which take place in the real world, when she was having an affair of the lost village of Minecraft, were the most consistently witty scenes in the whole film, and her story next to Lost Villager made me laugh more than I expected. I’m not going to lie, her scene in the middle of loans made my day.
So, for older Minecraft fans, I would say that check the Minecraft movie if you fancy everyday fun and want to check the rather impressive visualization of the world and Dolny Dolny. The Minecraft movie is probably not a stern story that some players want, but it will make you laugh several times, or at least in my case he gave me itching twice to play Minecraft again.
