“Magnetic Survey” is an electric event taking place during the “Max Out” season. PokemonGo.
The event, which will take place from October 15 to 17, offers a unique bonus to redeem each day, as well as timed research centered around one of three Pokémon – Magnemite, Plusle and Minun.
These Pokémon can also be caught throughout the event via field research, and all have an increased chance to shine if they are missing from your collection.

In addition to the shiny chance boost mentioned earlier, Magnetic Lure Modules are more likely to attract highlighted Pokémon.
