Life Is Strange: Caledon University with Double Exposure Looks Like a Hipster Hotspot on PS5

It’s really occasional for games to feature real-world settings. Seriously, think about it – most games take place in fantasy worlds or in space. Of course, there are exceptions: Hitman is one of the developer’s favorites for its virtual tourism, and series like GTA offer relatively familiar sandboxes – even if they’re cartoonish and larger than life.

Life Is Strange has its share of supernatural elements, but places like Arcadia Bay have always felt real, which is a massive part of the series’ appeal. We’re really excited to explore Caledon University in the upcoming Double Exposure – a sprawling campus that’s practically guaranteed to be a hipster hangout.

In addition to academic institutions like the Fine Art Building and Observatory, you’ll also be able to visit some of the nearby social hubs, like a coffee shop and a bar. We’ve always felt that the backgrounds are an significant part of the Life Is Strange games’ character, and it looks like the team at Deck Nine have hit the nail on the head in that regard once again.
