Kingdom Two Crowns: Call of Olympus was originally revealed back in May, and now it has a release date. Players looking to venture into the fresh version of Olympus can do so when the Call of Olympus DLC releases on October 8. In the Kingdom Two Crowns: Call of Olympus DLC, Greed has begun to take over the home of the gods, and they need your lend a hand.
Traveling to the top of Olympus won’t be an uncomplicated task, as you’ll need to gain the favor of certain gods to gain access, including Athena, Hermes, Artemis, and Hephaestus. In addition to this, players will travel to islands of temples and quests, which contain artifacts to utilize against Greed, treasures, and challenges to complete. In total, there are four artifacts to find that represent one of the gods. New mounts can also be found and unlocked in the DLC, such as the Chimera, the underworld guardian Cerberus, Pegasus, and the Donkey. Greed is stronger this time around, and the boss battles have multiple stages to complete in order to defeat them, but you’ll gain your own allies. You can build a fleet of ships to join you, utilize siege weapons, and have Hoplites fight with you.
In our Kingdom Two Crowns review, Thomas said: “Kingdom Two Crowns feels more like an extended update than a new entry in the series, but the core game is still so incredibly enjoyable that it doesn’t really matter. It’s a great entry point for new players, and returning players may be surprised by some of the secrets you can find.”
Kingdom Two Crowns: Call of Olympus will be available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, iOS, and Android. It will cost £8.49 on consoles and £3.49 on mobile.
