Keith David’s film legend and video games shares a thrilling response to science, he will get a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

The iconic Keith David-known from his sweeping career, which includes both beloved roles of live action and acting roles-he was recently surprised by a very moving honor: his own star at Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The actor started to his social media accounts to share a really moving film, watching the broadcast in which this year’s awards were announced, in which you can see how he gives a very shocked reaction when he heard his name as part of the list. His wife, Dionne Lea Williams, also falls into a cage to congratulate him excitedly during the film, crying and hugging David in response to messages.

“What a surprise! Blessed that I can earn it on my life, that’s enough for me; to recognize my contribution to art is the icing at the top,” David wrote on his own Twitter Account next to the movie. “Thank you, Hollywood Walk of Fame & Hollywood Chamber for this honor. It will be a great birthday present next year.”

69-year-old David is perhaps the best known for his role alongside Kurt Russell in his beloved classic processing from 1982, but he is also responsible for 400 roles in all his almost 50-year-old career-in this richness of the voice acting in both film and television space and video games. Fans can remember him as the referee “Vadamee in the Halo series, Julius Little from the Saints Row series and of course Admiral Andersen in the Mass Effect series.

Recently, David took the position of commander of Zaval in Destiny 2 after passing his original actor, Lance Reddick.

Although the date of the 2025 class ceremony has not yet been announced, David suggested that honor was a birthday present for him next year – so it seems that we can expect that legend would receive his deserved distinction around the beginning of June 2026.
